3. Providing our patients with proper access to their medical records
4. Appropriately maintaining our patient information and billing processes in compliance with national standards Payment Policy
Payment of professional fees is due at the time of service. Internet communication may or may not be covered by your insurance company, policy or plan. If it is a covered expense, then it is the patient's responsibility to file claims for internet based services with their carrier. If Florida Keys Pediatric & Adolescent Center, Inc. receives monies from a third party in compensation for office charges previously paid by the patient, a refund (less any applicable co-pays or deductibles) will be generated within 60 days of receipt.
